Banana protein pancake.

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I prefer a breakfast that's rich in proteins. And how I love these pancakes!


1 pancake:

  • 1 half ripe banana.

  • 1 whole egg.

  • 50 ml unsweetened almond milk.

  • 10 g (lean) vanilla protein powder.

  • 10 g oatmeal flakes (fine).

  • A little bit of real butter to grease your pan. (Butter is unprocessed and gives a great taste to your dish.).


  1. Crush the banana and beat all ingredients with a whisk to a smooth batter.

  2. Grease the pan and wait until the it is hot enough.

  3. Bake until the top is completely dry.

  4. Flip the pancake and bake the other side.
