Vegan snicker porridge with date caramel.

Oatmeal porridge that resembles snickers? Why not? Eat this power at least an hour before your morning workout. this meal will certainly keep you filled and energized until lunch!


  • 30 g oatmeal

  • 10 g chocolate protein powder.

  • 50 g almond curd

  • 10 g peanut powder. (Powdered peanut butter)

  • 2 pitted medjool dates.

  • 25 g dark chocolate.

  • 50 ml almond milk unsweetened.

  • 200 ml of water

  • Pinch of salt.


  1. Take 2 small saucepans or cooking pots.

  2. Cut the dates into pieces and heat together with the almond milk and salt over a low heat.

  3. Add the oat flakes with the water in the other pan or pot and heat it up while stirring.

  4. Stir the dates regularly until a thick paste.

  5. Add protein powder, almond curd and peanut powder to the oatmeal and stir well into a porridge. (If necessary, add a little water if the porridge becomes too thick).

  6. Break the chocolate into small pieces.

  7. Pour the porridge into a bowl, spoon the date caramel on top.

  8. Garnish with pieces of chocolate and extra peanut powder if desired.
