The weekend sometimes deserves just that little pinch more! This recipe is not super healthy, but not unhealthy either! It is definitely worth a try and the marinade is perfect to combine with other meats.
Ingredients:
Duck breast
Marinade (1 breast):
1 pressed garlic clove or 1 tbsp garlic powder.
Ground pepper.
1 tbsp rice vinegar.
1 tbsp cinnamon.
1 tbsp ginger powder.
3 tbsp ketchap manis.
3 tbsp soy sauce.
1 tbsp honey
Sauce:
2 tbsp brown sugar.
2 tbsp soy sauce.
1 tbsp ketchap manis.
2 tbsp peanut butter.
1 tbsp sesame oil.
1 tbsp rice vinegar.
1 el tbsp sriracha.
1/2 tbsp garlic powder.
Directions:
- Mix ingredients well, cut crosswise into the skin and pour the duck breast with the marinade and let it marinate for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Briefly sear the duck on both sides in a grill pan. Continue roasting in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 min (skin side down). After 8 minutes, coat the duck with the remaining marinade and continue roasting.
Sauce:
Low heat the ingredients and stir.
Combine with white rice and raw vegetables, which you cut into fine strips: Carrot, spring onion.
Garnish with Cilantro (optional).
Combine all flavors together and enjoy!
