Protein waffles.

The wonderful smell of waffles that fills the kitchen early in the morning. Of course you can also make these in advance and take them on the go. They also serve as a tasty protein-rich snack!


4 waffles

  • 20 g (smart / lean) vanilla protein.

  • 30 g almond flour.

  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder

  • 100 g Low-fat Greek yogurt.

  • 50 ml Soda water.

  • (Optional) 10 flavored drops or sweetener of choice.

  • Small amount of fat to grease waffle iron.


  1. Warm-up a waffle iron.

  2. Add all dry ingredients together and mix together.

  3. Then add all wet ingredients and beat with a whisk until a smooth batter.

  4. Grease the waffle iron on both sides.

  5. Divide the batter.

  6. Wait long enough before opening the waffle iron, make sure you’re not breaking the waffles when opening the iron. (Always look carefully if these are ready)
