Healthy tartar sauce.

This tartar sauce saves you a lot of calories compared to the original version! Ideal as a spread or dip or delicious with meat or fish.


  • 100 g Low-fat Greek yogurt.

  • 50 g Light mayonnaise (D&L -80%).

  • 1 Large shallot, finely chopped.

  • Handle of freshly chopped parsley.

  • Pepper and salt.


  1. Mix all ingredients together and let rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour. (So al the flavors of the shallot and parsley may infuse the yoghurt-mayo.)

You can always add ingredients to your liking, such as capers, pickles, boiled eggs, ...


you can stock it 2-3 days into the refrigerator.
