Sweet potato curry.

A delicious healthy one-pot dish, easy to make and quick.

What else do you want?

This version is with turkey bacon, but if you want you can make it vegan!

Some ingredients may deviate.


Per portion:

  • 100 g Broccoli

  • 100 g Sweet potato (already cooked).

  • 70 g turkey bacon or beans or legumes if you prefer to keep it vegan.

  • 30 g onions.

  • 10 g raisins.

  • 10 g unsalted peanuts.

  • 25 g Coconut milk.

  • 50 g Alpro coconut drink.

  • 25 g Korma spice paste.

  • Splash of ketchap manis.

  • Coconut oil

  • Fresh cilantro or flat-leaf parsley.


  1. Cut onion and broccoli.

  2. Chop the peanuts

  3. Lightly fry in a greased pan (if applicable, along with the bacon).

  4. Stir in the korma and pour over the coconut milk and alpro coconut drink .

  5. Add ketchap manis and the raisins, cover the pan and let it simmer for a while on low heat.

  6. Finally, add boiled sweet potato (and if desired the beans or legumes).

  7. Dress with fresh herbs and chopped peanuts.
