Soft oat cookies.

The ideal snack to boost your energy level!


2 Ripe bananas.

50 g Medjoul dates. (Or 3 large dates).

125 g oatmeal flakes.

50 g unsalted peanuts.

5 g coconut oil

1 egg

25 g fondant chocolate.


  1. Mash the bananas and mix them with the egg.

  2. Grind the oat flakes, peanuts and chocolate in a cutter.

  3. Pitted the dates and chop finely.

  4. Combine all ingredients and mix well with an immersion blender.

  5. Turn spheres and gently flatten them and spread them over baking paper and place them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 min.


It's normal that these cookies remain soft.
