Roasted crispy paprika chickpeas.

How i love aperitifs and of course combined with a nice nibble, but unfortunately many of us aren't yet familiar with healthier alternatives.


Per 150 - 200 g Chickpeas:

  • 1 tbsp paprika.

  • 1 tsp Ras el hanout.

  • salt

  • 1 tsp olive oil.

  • (Optional) cayenne pepper, garlic powder.


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chickpeas over it.

  4. Bake for 30 min.

  5. Shake them up and spray a little bit olive oil over them.

  6. Bake for another 10 min.

Tip: Put olive oil in a spray, this way you can control your quantity much better.
