Protein oat pancake with fresh strawberries.

The strawberry season has started again! Buy your strawberries from the local farmer, these are not only tastier, you will also find better quality for a smaller price at your local fruit merchant! (The quality of strawberries can vary a lot!) Don't forget to wash them well before use!


1 pancake contains:

  • 5 g of fine oat flakes.

  • 1 whole egg.

  • 15 g (lean / smart / casein / whey) vanilla protein powder.

  • 35 ml of unsweetened almond milk.

  • 5 g of fat (preferably butter)

  • 100 g of fresh strawberries.


  1. Beat the egg together with the oats and the protein powder.

  2. Pour in the milk and stir.

  3. Beat it into a smooth batter.

  4. Grease the pan and wait until it is hot.

  5. Bake the pancake on both sides until golden brown.
