Protein choco rice pudding.


Two portions:

  • 75 g Rice of choice. (I experimented with brown rice).

  • 250 ml Unsweetened almond milk.

  • 50 g Coconut milk

  • 10 g Honey.

  • 5 g Raw cocoa.

  • 15 g Vanilla protein powder.


  • 100 g low-fat Greek yogurt.

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (you can also replace this with fruit or sweetener of your choice).

  • 15 g Almonds flakes.


  1. Bring rice to boil together with the other ingredients and reduce heat to low. (stir frequently)

  2. It is important that the rice is fully cooked.

  3. Divide the porridge between 2 jars and let it cool.

  4. Roast the almond flakes in a pan (dry).

  5. Mix yogurt and pour over the porridge.

  6. Sprinkle with the roasted almond flakes.
