I am a real sushi lover, but unfortunately the calories on sushi quickly hit the counter.
So these fortunately poké bowls are the ideal replacement!
I've made this variant with these ingredients:
Quinoa
Wakamé (seaweed salad)
Edamame beans.
Pineapple
Mango
Raw salmon
Canned crab.
Black sesame.
Dressing:
2 tbsp soy sauce.
1 tbsp sesame oil.
Juice of half a lemon.
1 tsp Rice vinegar.
pepper.
