Poké bowl with quinoa, salmon and crab.

Poké bowls are so easy, quick made and super tasty!

These bowls came over from Hawaii and they actually translate your favorite ingredients collected in a bowl.

I am a real sushi lover, but unfortunately the calories on sushi quickly hit the counter.

So these fortunately poké bowls are the ideal replacement!

I've made this variant with these ingredients:

  • Quinoa

  • Wakamé (seaweed salad)

  • Edamame beans.

  • Pineapple

  • Mango

  • Raw salmon

  • Canned crab.

  • Black sesame.


  • 2 tbsp soy sauce.

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil.

  • Juice of half a lemon.

  • 1 tsp Rice vinegar.

  • pepper.
