How easy is it to just make your pancakes in the oven?
For this recipe I used the smart protein pancake mix of body and fit.
Ingredients:
100 g Smart protein pancake mix.
1 egg
250 ml unsweetened almond milk.
1 tbsp Stevia granulated sugar
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
Grease a muffin tray.
Divide your batter over the cups (about 1.5 cm high)
And put it in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Garnish with your favorite toppings!
I used fried banana slices, peanut butter, fondant chocolate drops and maple syrup.
(Don't overdo it with your toppings, keep it healthy.)
