Mini protein pancakes from the oven.

How easy is it to just make your pancakes in the oven?

For this recipe I used the smart protein pancake mix of body and fit.


  • 100 g Smart protein pancake mix.

  • 1 egg

  • 250 ml unsweetened almond milk.

  • 1 tbsp Stevia granulated sugar


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees

  2. Grease a muffin tray.

  3. Divide your batter over the cups (about 1.5 cm high)

  4. And put it in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

  5. Garnish with your favorite toppings!

I used fried banana slices, peanut butter, fondant chocolate drops and maple syrup.

(Don't overdo it with your toppings, keep it healthy.)
