Lunch salad with shrimps and smoked salmon

Due to lack of sun these days, I still managed conjuring summer on my plate today. With this fresh salad, summer mood got me right away!



You can choose the quantities according to your own wishes and taste.

  • Smoked salmon.

  • Peeled shrimps.

  • Fresh mango.

  • avocado

  • Fresh Salad

  • Cucumber

  • Cherry tomato

  • Grated carrot

  • White cabbage.

  • Sweet paprika.

  • Black sesame

  • Garlic powder, Pepper and salt.

  • Coriander or flat leaf parsley

  • Spring onion


  • 1 tbsp Zero Mayonnaise

  • 5 tbsp Japanese soy sauce.

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp water.


  1. Chop all the ingredients for the salad into small pieces and arrange on a plate.

  2. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  3. Garnish with black sesame seeds, spring onion and cilantro or parsley.

  4. Mix all the ingredients of the dressing together to taste and dress up your salad.
