Healthy crumble with red fruit.

As I mentioned in previous post, I love pie, this healthy crumble with red fruits is a real go-to breakfast to me, but can perfectly replace a piece of cake by this crumble with coffee or tea!


Ingredients:

Per portion:


Filling:

  • 1 Half apple.

  • 50 g Frozen red fruits.

  • 1/2 tsp Stevia granulated sugar.

  • 5 g almond flour.

  • Pinch of cinnamon.

Crumble:

  • 15 g Oatmeal flakes.

  • 15 g Oatmeal (finely ground oatmeal)

  • 10 g Maple syrup.

  • 5 g coconut oil.

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt.










Directions:


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °.

  2. Cut the apple into pieces and mix it with the other ingredients of the filling.

  3. Put all the ingredients of the crumble in a bowl and knead together until it becomes crumbly.

  4. Place the fruit in an ovenproof bowl and divide the crumble over it.

  5. Place in the oven for 20 min. Until the crumble browned and the fruit mixture is bubbling. if this is not the case, then bake 5 minutes longer, but keep an eye on it.
