Spinach, mango bowl with fresh granola.
Ingredients:
50 g Fresh leaf spinach.
50 g Frozen mango pieces.
50 g Low-fat (Greek) yogurt.
150 ml (@alpro ) coconut drink.
10 g (lean) vanilla protein powder.
Sprig of fresh mint.
(Optional) sweetener of your choice.
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together into a smooth emulsion.
Dress with homemade granola (recipe in feed), fruits, flakes en seeds of your choice.
