Green smoothie bowl.


Not only do I find it more pleasant to eat my smoothies than just drink them, it is also better for your digestion!


Spinach, mango bowl with fresh granola.


Ingredients:


  • 50 g Fresh leaf spinach.

  • 50 g Frozen mango pieces.

  • 50 g Low-fat (Greek) yogurt.

  • 150 ml (@alpro ) coconut drink.

  • 10 g (lean) vanilla protein powder.

  • Sprig of fresh mint.

  • (Optional) sweetener of your choice.


Directions:


  1. Blend all ingredients together into a smooth emulsion.

  2. Dress with homemade granola (recipe in feed), fruits, flakes en seeds of your choice.
