French toast.

Simple and fast classic, ideal to give old bread a second chance! A realtime favorite on the morning menu!


  • 1 Slice of bread.

  • 1 egg

  • Splash of milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)

  • Pinch of salt.

  • Pinch of cinnamon.

  • (Optional) Sweetener of your taste and choice.


  1. Add everything together and pass the bread through the mixture and let it soak for a while.

  2. Bake both said golden brown.

  3. Top with your favorite fruits and more. (I used banana and peanut butter).

My ideal pre workout!
