Fast oat apple pie.

Simple and quick pastry. Ideal for breakfast or as a snack, at home or on the go. You can easily make this this in advance or fresh in the morning. A nice bonus is that you don’t have to do alot of dishes afterwards.


2 breakfast portions or 4 snack portions:

  • 200 ml Unsweetened almond milk or you can also replace this with milk of your choice.

  • (+ A little extra to soak the raisins)

  • 50 g Oatmeal flakes.

  • 1 Small sweet apple.

  • 25 g raisins

  • 20 g Vanilla protein powder. (This can also be replaced with oat or almond flour)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 level teaspoon of cinnamon.

  • 1 pinch of salt.

  • (Optional for finishing) 5 g almond flakes


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Soak the raisins in a little (almond) milk.

  3. Peel the apple and cut it into cubes.

  4. Stir all ingredients (except the almond shavings) together in an oven dish until smooth.

  5. Garnish with almond shavings and place in the center of the preheated oven.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees (hot air), after 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 175 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
