Chocolate power smoothie bowl.

Starting the day with chocolate, doesn’t that sounds great?

This smoothie bowl filled with proteins, complex carbohydrates and fiber, not to mention the delicious taste of chocolate!

I added the quantities, but you can play with these to your own taste and desire!

Protein: 19 g

Carbs: 25 g

Fat: 6g



  • 32 g of banana. (Frozen)

  • 10 g Chocolate Smart protein. (body and fit)

  • 50 g Low-fat Greek Yogurt. (Fage 0%)

  • 0.5 tsp Maca powder.

  • 2 tsp Raw cocoa.


  • 10 g Homemade granola.

  • 1 g coconut chips.

  • 20 g red fruits (frozen)

  • 15 g cherries (frozen or jar)


  1. Mix or blend all smoothie ingredients into a smooth emulsion and scoop into a bowl.

  2. Garnish with all the toppings.
