Blueberry smoothie bowl.

The blueberry season has started! I like to work with seasonal fruits and vegetables. Wat is not only better in taste and quality, but also beneficial for your wallet! (Which is of course always a bonus!)

And you can do so much with it! They are so delicious on their own, but stir them into your yogurt, mix them into a smoothie or milkshake, turn them into pastries, give your salads a sweet touch,…

The blueberry, which is high in antioxidants, contains various vitamins and minerals such as vitamins a, b, c and minerals such as iron and magnesium, which have a blood purifying effect.

On top of that, they are also low in calories too.

Did you know that blueberries were used as a medicine by Native Americans?
